SENSE Training is a Hong Kong–based experiential learning and leadership development organisation working with corporates, MNCs, SMEs, NGO, Education Institutes and professional teams navigating complexity, change and growth.

Guided by our belief in transforming talent into changemakers, we design and deliver training that goes beyond knowledge transfer. Our work focuses on how people think, communicate and collaborate in real organisational contexts—especially where stakes are high, perspectives differ and traditional training no longer works.
While our roots are in Hong Kong, our work increasingly supports teams across the Asia‑Pacific region. We bring the same facilitation rigour, cultural sensitivity and practical focus to regional engagements, helping organisations develop leaders who can navigate complexity across borders.
Rather than telling people what good leadership looks like, we create the conditions for leaders and teams to experience insight, alignment and behavioural shift for themselves.
