About LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a business results oriented consultation service offered by certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitators. Through “Thinking by Doing”, participants are facilitated to tackle different problems arising from business operations. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitates participants to unlock and construct new knowledge, make connections and develop innovative solutions for ongoing projects, emergency situations and/or future challenges. By building symbolic and metaphorical models with LEGO® bricks, participants gain insights into breaking habitual thinking and creating innovative ideas.
With this powerful tool, LEGO®, participants can enjoy a 100% active involvement in the workshop. Research has shown that hands-on, minds-on learning will foster a deeper, more meaningful, and insightful discussion.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methodology
Build Level 1- Individual Model Building
Develop core skills to:

Enhance communication on any issue. Develop ideas, build trust in teams. Manage staff, set goals, offer feedback. Mentor and coach.

Explore, discuss and agree values and behaviors. Unlock individual and group communication and learning on any topic.
Build Level 2 - Shared Model Building
Intermediate skills help:

Create common understanding on shared concerns. Develop shared vision and goals, shared plans, strategies and mental models.

Build teams, design new services and innovate. Use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitation to create deeper agreement processes.
Build Level 3 - System Modelling
Advanced skills to:

Create and use scenarios to explore dynamic systems and 'real time strategy'. Understand change and develop simple guiding principles.

Model, analyse and redesign processes and systems. Understand how external and internal factors influence goals.

Q: Who are the target participants?
A: LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a tool that can be used in a wide range of contexts. Participants don’t have to be experienced in playing LEGO®. LSP is a method for the facilitation of dialogue and constructive communication within groups of people known or related to each other. It is based on the belief that everyone can contribute and take part in the discussion, making decisions, and sharing ownership.

Q: How long does it take for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?
