The immersion into a physically different environment from the office releases the mind from the emotional and habitual triggers and anchors that exist at work to condition workers into certain mindsets. With outdoor challenges, the participants’ mindsets are free to re-discover the relationship they have with their workmates and just how enjoyable they can each be as people.
