LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a results oriented facilitated process to improve communication, getting alignment, ideas generations.  Through “Thinking by Doing”, participants are facilitated to tackle different problems arising from business operations.  LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitates participants to unlock and construct new knowledge, make connections and develop innovative solutions for ongoing projects, emergency situations and/or future challenges. By building symbolic and metaphorical models with LEGO® bricks, participants  gain insights into breaking habitual thinking and creating innovative ideas.

With this powerful tool, LEGO®, participants can enjoy a 100% active involvement in the workshop.  Research has shown that hands-on, minds-on learning will foster a deeper, more meaningful, and insightful discussion.

Practice Based Learning

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a 20 year old method, and for most of that period classes have been taught by a master who facilitates larger groups for up to a week.

The fundamental difference is that our training is powered by learners facilitating. This is akin to training 'from the back of the room'. You can only learn so much by watching a seasoned master trainer facilitate.  You learn to facilitate by facilitating.  This class is for professionals who want to deliver gold standard workshops.  Be part of the future. Learn with the practitioners at the cutting edge.

After training, what will you do after?

Training is only useful when you apply the skills you have learnt. Rather than read our claims about our training, in this short video (3:18), made by graduates of our training, you can hear what they have done after learning with us. Enjoy.

We have a Slack workspace only for graduates of our training and your fee includes lifetime access to our group. Practice based learning means small class sizes, so every person can take a turn to facilitate the group on both days

Master every part of the 4 step process

Learn the 4th step

The fourth step of the LSP process is no secret. What's weird is how little credence other trainers give to what we consider is the facilitator 'masterstroke': an elegant reflection stage. Emily Lai, Training Officer

Civil Service College

Practice opportunities are very valuable. Johnny’s debriefing and feedback are useful and helpful. A good pace and level of difficulty are suitable. Create a safe and comfy environment, a nice environment for training, and lunch arrangement was good!

The workshop is well organized. Learners will not feel overloaded or overwhelmed because the instructors set an adequate learning flow or pattern for learning essential skills in an organized fashion. It might be nicer to understand learners’ rationale for enrolling in the course before the course starts. It would be even better if some of our tasks/ challenges could be incorporated into the learning activities.

Daniel Leung, Assistant Professor

PolyU, School of Hotel & Tourism Management

Perfect, has great progression, making the knowledge easy to absorb. Also, it is very helpful to have practice time at the end of the course. If there have Chinese Material will be more helpful.
