SALES MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER
OVERVIEW
This commission based role as Sales Consultant/ Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will represent Sense Training at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand our market presence and uncover new business opportunities. This role blends relationship-building, consultative sales, and strategic account management to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Client Acquisition

Identify and pursue new leads through outreach, referrals, and market research.

Present and promote training solutions to prospective clients.

Prepare and follow up on customized proposals and quotations.
Account Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.

Understand client goals and offer tailored training solutions.

Monitor client feedback and usage to identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
Networking & Events

Represent Sense Training at business networking events, expos, and industry forums.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.

Gather market intelligence and share insights with the team.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate closely with the training, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Report sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback regularly to leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
-
2–5 years of sales, account management, or B2B business development experience, preferably in education, consulting, or training services.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).

Proficient with Canva, AI tools, CRM platforms, Project Management tools

Ability to represent the brand confidently in external settings.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software.

Outgoing, proactive, and relationship-driven.

Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.

Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
