SALES MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER

OVERVIEW

This commission based role as Sales Consultant/ Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will represent Sense Training at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand our market presence and uncover new business opportunities. This role blends relationship-building, consultative sales, and strategic account management to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new leads through outreach, referrals, and market research.

  • Present and promote training solutions to prospective clients.

  • Prepare and follow up on customized proposals and quotations.

 

Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.

  • Understand client goals and offer tailored training solutions.

  • Monitor client feedback and usage to identify upsell and renewal opportunities.

 

Networking & Events

  • Represent Sense Training at business networking events, expos, and industry forums.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.

  • Gather market intelligence and share insights with the team.

 

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with the training, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

  • Report sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback regularly to leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years of sales, account management, or B2B business development experience, preferably in education, consulting, or training services.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).

  • Proficient with Canva, AI tools, CRM platforms, Project Management tools

  • Ability to represent the brand confidently in external settings.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software.

  • Outgoing, proactive, and relationship-driven.

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles.
