Job Description

Responsibilities

 

1. Marketing

  • Updating Facebook (Weekly) and Website (Monthly)

  • Managing Calendar and Schedule (Deliver Reminders)

 

2. Admin and Finance

  • Generate Financial report (Collecting and Managing Reciepts)

  • Collecting Information from web and other sources

  • Quotation and Invoice

  • Filing 

 

3. HRM

  • Coordinating Trainers

  • Managing Whatsapp group and data base 

 

4. Program

  • Frontline Program Work

  • Meetings with clients and trainers

  • Site Visits and Pre-trip

  • Purchasing Program Equipment

  • Researching website and program books

 

5. Logistic

  • Escort and Transportation including arrangement

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field

  • 3+ years’ experience of related working experiences

  • Flexible, dynamic, energetic, independent, willing to travel frequently and take challenge

  • Excellent oral communications skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
