SENSE Training 

SENSE has always taken the experiential approach when delivering learning. Experiential learning engages the individuals through multiple channels in order to fully engage their mind. The channels involved are the physical, emotional and intellectual. The full engagement of each capacity through action, social co-operation and shared achievement provides a fertile ground for learning. Through debriefing and discussion, participants reflect on real world applications of the small victories they have just achieved. Through this self-constructed learning, they are their own teachers thus exponentially increasing the impact and relevance of the learning and insight generated.
