Change is often accompanied by resistance and negatives feelings. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology, begins with discussion and hands-on model building that instills a sense of security in participants. After creating their own models, participants are encouraged to incorporate them into the larger system, allowing them to  experiment with new strategies and make changes through modifying the structure of the model. The process itself helps participants become more adaptable to changes, transforming resistance into team resilience.
