History

2007

  • Kinetic Enhancement Network (KEEN), the predecessor of SENSE Training House, was founded by a group of Social Workers with a desire for transformative impact, and who aimed to do team building and developmental programs for schools and NGOs. 

     

2009

  • KEEN conducted the staff retreat and training program on topic “Positive Thinking” for the social welfare staff of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, New Territories District.

  • End of 2009: KEEN transformed into SENSE Training House with a change in operational strategy, which streamlined the original business model and focused on two directions  1) Corporate Training and 2) Social Responsibility Work including programs for educational institutions and NGOs. 

 

2010

  • SENSE devoted itself to develop evidence based training programs

 

2011

  • Conducted 4 training programs for different sections of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) staff

1. 2011 January: HSBC, Trainers of Investment and Compliance Team of Wealth Management (Objective: Breakthrough)

2. 2011 May: HSBC, Customer Relationship Management (Objective: Problem Solving and Teambuilding)

3. 2011 June: HSBC, Working-parents of Investment and Compliance Team of Wealth Management (Objective: Environmental Protection and Parent-child Relationship)

4. 2011 August to December: Thanks for the trust from HSBC, SENSE successfully provided 14 sessions of training programs to about 1,000 staff of HSBC Software Delivery. (Objective: Customer Centricity, Collaboration, Re-engineering, and Global Acumen). Participants and customers were highly satisfied according to the evaluations both during the process and at the end of the training. 

 

2012

  • 2012 Jan: SENSE extended the service to Macau, providing Enneagram Training Workshop to Gabinete Coordenador Dos Servicos Sociais Sheng Kung Hui Macau (聖公會氹仔青少年及家庭綜合服務中心)

  • Conducted training program for HK Cyberport and PolyU twice for over 300 Hong Kong and Mainland young entrepreneurs in I.T. industry.

 

2013

  • SENSE served more than 10,000 people

  • Providing training to different multi-national companies: UPS, Fond light, Milton, HSBC

 

2014

  • Conducted a workshop on Corporate Training to students in HKU as an elective module.

  • Shell IT “Running Man” like program, with the use of social media to increase engagement during the program.

  • First oversea affiliate (in Korea) established.

2015

  • Explored and executed new training elements – LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY®. We are the pioneer in Hong Kong and have 6 certified facilitators applying LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® into our programmes.

2016

  • LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® Training company with most experienced trainers and the largest market share. 

2017

  • Keep leading the market and expand the business to other Asian Countries, e.g. Taiwan, Singapore, etc
