LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a results-oriented consultation service delivered by certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitators.  Through the innovative approach of “Thinking by Doing”, participants are guided  to address various challenges  that arise in  their business operations. By building symbolic and metaphorical models using LEGO® bricks, participants gain  insights, forge connections, and develop innovative solutions for ongoing projects, emergency situations and future challenges.  This immersive experience breaks habitual thinking patterns, nurturing innovative ideas.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology creates a safe environment for team members to engage in deep self-reflection and uncover their feelings, attitude or even subconscious thoughts. With LEGO® models as metaphors, team members can share their stories with others without worries, enhancing mutual understands. Team members feel more comfortable to express their views as they communicate on the LEGO® models rather than individual identities. Participants are required to connect their individual models with others to build a collective one, team bonding is hence strengthened.  

LSP Strategic Planning & Change Management: Embracing Change with Confidence

Change is often  accompanied by resistance and negatives feelings. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology, begins with discussion and hands-on model building that instills a sense of security in participants.  After creating their own models, participants are encouraged to incorporate them into the larger system, allowing them to  experiment with new strategies and make changes through modifying the structure of the model.  The process itself helps participants become more adaptable to changes, transforming resistance into team resilience.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® integrates LEGO® bricks into the design thinking process, stimulating  the generation of innovative ideas and solutions. Using LEGO® bricks and characters, participants shares ideas within the context of organizational strategy. The method brings all sensory engagement  together, tapping participants’ hidden creativity, as it draws upon their tacit knowledge that constitutes up to 90% of our knowledge This approach is particularly valuable for people who are in search of new ideas, or businesses requiring innovation and product development.
